    RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    • All returns will be refunded in the same form that they were received minus a restocking fee of 10% of the full price of the item with no discounts applied. The option for store credit is available at the full value paid.
    • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
    • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by 24k Body Sculpting.
    • 24k Body Sculpting is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

    SHIPPING INFO

    Shipping is via USPS Priority.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process:

    1) Contact Kay at kgarrett@24kbodysculpting.com.

    2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.

    Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
